CupPrint Announce Winners of Schools Design a Recyclable Paper Cup Competition<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 County Clare company celebrate 10th year in business by engaging with future generation through paper cup design project
\n\u2022 Design competition tested pupils STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Mathematics) skills
\n\u2022 Ennis manufacturer produce first and only AAA Certified Recyclable Paper Cup<\/a> under European Green Dot Scheme (In conjunction with Institute cyclos-HTP), meaning that it can be processed by regular waste processing plants.<\/p>\n

To celebrate 10 years in business, CupPrint ran a cup design competition for County Clare National Schools.<\/p>\n

The Ennis-based manufacturer, who have invested heavily in sustainable technologies such as compostable and recyclable paper cups, wanted to engage with schoolchildren and see their visions of what a recyclable paper cup should look like.<\/p>\n

Over 30 schools from Clare entered 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th classes and entries were judged by local West Coast artist Carmel Doherty.<\/p>\n
